Across four focused live sessions, students will learn how apprenticeship interviews work, what employers are really looking for and how to organise their experiences into clear and concise answers.

Students are encouraged to attend all sessions to gain the full benefit of the programme.

Rather than memorising scripts, the focus is on helping students understand how decisions are actually made and how to communicate their strengths clearly.
